Independent creative agency Sibling Rivalry has brought Mitch Monson on board as executive creative director and Burke Miles as creative director.
Monson has built a well-established career with expertise in design, branding, and experiential work for a wide variety of brands. He comes over to Sibling Rivalry from Mirada Studios where he worked as a creative director and VP of brand experience. Going further back, Monson has held positions at MOCEAN, Trollback + Co, and Mrs. K. Along the way, he has worked with clients such as Disney, HBO, MTV, NBC Olympics, Searchlight Pictures and Virgin Galactic. Monson’s broadcast and commercial work has garnered numerous international design awards from PROMAX, PROMAX Arabia, New York Film Festival, Art Directors Club, and other organizations including two Emmys from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences [NATAS].

Miles is a Los Angeles-based designer and director. He’ll serve as a creative director at Sibling Rivalry after leaving his position as creative director at MOCEAN. Previously, Miles was a partner and creative director at Friends of Mine in Denver. Additionally, he has developed broadcast packages, advertising campaigns, film titles, and stage content for an extensive list of clients including Netflix, Marvel Studios, NESN, HBO, USA, and FX.
