    OSHA cites Allman film company in Ga. train crash

    SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) --

    Federal workplace safety regulators have issued citations against a movie production company in a Georgia train crash that killed a camera assistant and injured six others while they were shooting a biographical film about singer Gregg Allman.

    The Occupational Safety and Health Administration on Thursday proposed $74,900 in fines against Film Allman LLC, a company incorporated in 2013 to make the movie "Midnight Rider."

    The crew was shooting on a railroad bridge in rural Wayne County on Feb. 20 when a freight train plowed into the workers, killing 27-year-old Sarah Jones.

    Film Allman LLC has the same address as Unclaimed Freight Productions, owned by director Randall Miller and his wife, Jody Savin. They have been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the crash. Their attorney, Don Samuel, declined to comment.

    There's going to be more "With Love, Meghan," the Duchess of Sussex's Netflix lifestyles series.

    The streaming service announced Friday that a second season of the show, which debuted this week, has already been shot. Meghan has said the show, which includes her chatting with celebrity pals, is not about a quest for perfection but more about finding joy in the little things.

    Netflix said the second season would air this fall.

    "With Love, Meghan" was supposed to premiere in January, but the duchess delayed the release due to the devastating wildfires in and around Los Angeles.

    Meghan announced last month that she was rebranding her fledging lifestyles company to As Ever, after initially calling it American Riviera.

    The Duchess was born and raised in Los Angeles and now lives in Montecito, California, with Harry, the Duke of Sussex, and their two children.
