Indie creative agency 22squared as brought Jamie Rubin on board as executive director of media. In the shop’s newly created position, Rubin will guide media planning, digital investment, analytics, data management and buying across clients, reporting to agency president Erica Hoholick.
Rubin previously cut his teeth leading media for brands including Snapple, Revlon and Starwood Hotels, as well as milkPEP’s “Got Milk?” campaigns across 14 years at Deutsch. At Campbell Ewald, he spearheaded development of the agency’s media planning division for seven years, planning, buying, research and analytics, across its NY, LA and Detroit clients.
Rubin is based in New York alongside other senior leaders at 22squared.
