Production studio Method & Madness has added Dwayne Logan to its directorial roster for U.S. representation spanning commercials and branded content. This marks Chicago native Logan’s first career production company roost.
Logan’s credits as a director include assorted brands such as Nike, Lexus, Jeep, Disney, National Geographic, Amazon, NASCAR and the American Cancer Society.
Logan’s extensive background in dance, music and athletics is reflected in his filmmaking. He has an innate ability to solve complex logistical challenges while leading and motivating a film. Decades of coaching and mentoring have given Logan the ability to connect with on-camera talent and audiences of all ages. He first gained recognition as a sought-after commercial assistant director, honing his practical expertise as well as his storytelling, the latter tapping into his affinity for looking into the depth of the human experience.
Method & Madness partner/owner Ross Zuchowski stated, “Dwayne has an infectious positive energy and enthusiasm and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. His work is a reflection of the care and dedication he puts towards his craft”
The son of an artist, Logan is a craftsman in his own right. He possesses a deep love for architecture, carpentry, fashion and fine art. Logan shared, ”I’ve been blessed to direct for several of my favorite brands, and have created content that reflects many of my passions, but one of my most coveted dreams is coming to fruition thanks to a collaboration with Casey [Lock, partner/owner], Ross, Jonathan [Becker, exec producer] and the Method & Madness team. The little boy who was so heavily influenced by the Jesse White Tumblers, and Chicago’s iconic architecture, food and fashion is returning home with representation as a director, backed by a phenomenal team of artists who have quickly grown into family members. My most prolific days of creation are happening here and now, and I couldn’t be more excited about the team that’s throwing gasoline onto my fire!”
