After two years as creative director, Jason Majewski is being promoted to group creative director at full-service agency Cornett. He will be responsible for leading creative work for the recently won LEGOLAND Resorts North America account as well as Busch Light, University of Kentucky HealthCare and all new business. Majewaki will report to executive creative director Whit Hiler.
Majewski is a creative wordsmith strategist who has been with the Lexington, Kentucky-based agency for a dozen years. He has done noteworthy work for Tempur Sealy International, Procter & Gamble, Valvoline, A&W Restaurants, the University of Kentucky, UK Athletics, and UK HealthCare. He is on Cornett’s Vision team, which serves as the heart of the agency and ensures its purpose is known and everyone’s values are aligned.
Other noteworthy accomplishments include branding Lexington’s signature Railbird Music Festival, creating an award-winning campaign for Kentucky’s #1 hospital, and helping to break a Guinness World Record for “The World’s Loudest Indoor Crowd Roar.” He also co-hosts Lexington’s chapter of CreativeMornings monthly.
Jean Smart, Ariana Grande, Michael Keaton among hosts for “SNL” season 50
Fresh off her Emmys win, Jean Smart will kick off the landmark 50th season of "Saturday Night Live."
NBC on Thursday announced the lineup of hosts for the season, which premieres Sept. 28. Joining Smart on the first show will be Jelly Roll as the musical act. He was also at the Emmys, singing during the ceremony's in memoriam segment.
It will be Smart's first time hosting "SNL."
Comedian Nate Bargatze will host on Oct. 5, with Coldplay as the musical guest.
Ariana Grande will host Oct. 12, with musical guest Stevie Nicks.
"Beetlejuice" star Michael Keaton will host on Oct. 19, the last show before Halloween, and Billie Eilish will be that night's musical guest.
The host on Nov. 2 will be "SNL" alum John Mulaney, with breakout sensation Chappell Roan as the music guest.
