The AICP Awards returns to Los Angeles later this month as the first stop on its 2023 National Tour. Scheduled to take place on July 27 at The Ebell, the event kicks off with a happy hour, with the program to follow. A gala reception will close out the evening’s activities.
Curators from each AICP Awards competition–the AICP Next Awards, the AICP Post Awards and the AICP Show: The Art & Technique of the Commercial–will be on hand to discuss the winning work, offer insights into the decision-making process that went into its selection and address ongoing trends in the industry.
“Bringing the AICP Awards to Los Angeles is always an exciting experience,” said AICP president & CEO Matt Miller. “We’re looking forward to bringing our winners to the L.A. advertising and production communities. Our speakers will share some truly insightful observations with our attendees.”
Taking part in the discussion will be Melissa Culligan, AICP Show curator and partner/executive producer, Epoch Films; Genie Gurnani, AICP Next Awards Influencer Jury president and editorial creative director–Freeform, The Walt Disney Company; Jason Kreher, AICP Show curator and chief creative officer, North America, Accenture Song; and Paul Martinez, AICP Post Awards curator and editor and founding partner, Arcade Edit. The program will be moderated by Miller. Ticket info can be found here.
Following L.A., the 2023 AICP Awards national tour has similar events scheduled for Atlanta, Dallas and Chicago.
