Sarah Hodges will join UKG as chief marketing officer on January 6. Hodges will report to UKG president, GTM, Rachel Barger, and lead brand awareness and creative experiences, product and industry marketing, field marketing, and customer advocacy and digital customer experiences. Headquartered in Lowell, Mass., UKG is a provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions. Hodges has been CMO at Procore Technologies where she was responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Prior to Procore, Hodges held various roles at multinational software company Autodesk, including general manager of ShotGrid, the company’s cloud-based production planning solution, and VP of product management for its Media and Entertainment portfolio. Hodges, who will be based in Lowell, is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Boston Children’s Museum and is a sought-after speaker on the topic of women in technology….
Work Editorial signs editor Arielle Zakowski for commercial representation
Work Editorial has brought back editor Arielle Zakowski to its roster of talent. Zakowski was part of the team when the editorial house first opened its doors in Los Angeles. After stepping away to focus on narrative projects, she has returned to Work Editorial for commercial representation.
With over a decade of experience, Zakowski has edited ads for brands like Nike, Apple, Gucci, and Subaru, and most recently AT&T’s Guarantee campaign. Her music video work spans such artists as Lana Del Rey, Beth Ditto, Metallica, Norah Jones, and My Chemical Romance.
Zakowski was recently nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for her work editing Sean Wang’s critically acclaimed coming-of-age feature Dìdi, which took home the Audience Award at Sundance last year. She previously edited Sony Pictures’ screen life mystery-thriller Missing, the Emmy-nominated feature documentary Accepted, and Disney’s Wolfgang, directed by David Gelb. In a series of collaborations with Netflix, Zakowski edited episodes of Chef’s Table, Making A Murderer, and
