VML West has hired two senior-level creatives for its Seattle office--Alison Tintle as group creative director, and Chris Howe as group director, experience design.

Tintle brings more than 20 years of agency experience, with a background including traditional, digital, recruitment and healthcare. She has spent the last decade helping technology-based companies like Microsoft, F5, Intel, Cisco and Adobe humanize their stories and share them through various marketing channels including digital, content, social media, video and direct mail. She will lead the Microsoft creative team tasked with developing and delivering ideas that drive one of the world’s largest technology brands. Tintle honed her technology focus at POP and Rational Interaction, full-service digital marketing agencies in Seattle.

Howe has 15 years of experience designing and directing the creation of interactive experiences for the web, mobile devices and tablets, as well as digital retail kiosk and shopping experiences. Howe has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as government agencies and non-profits. He capitalizes on the opportunities for complex problem-solving that user experience design presents. Howe will manage a team of interaction designers, developing a practice offering a wide range of UX skillsets to meet the growing demand at VML West. Previously, Howe worked with Razorfish in Atlanta, leading a team of user experience designers.

In addition to Seattle, VML West offices include San Francisco and White Salmon, Washington.
