"Triangle of Sadness" Experiences Joy At European Film Awards

Writer-director Ruben Östlund’s Triangle of Sadness, a satire about the privileged passengers and not-so-privileged workers aboard a luxury yacht, was the big winner at the 35th European Film Awards, topping the European Film, Director, Screenplay and Actor (Zlatko Buric) categories.

Named Best European Actress was Vicky Krieps for her performance in Corsage.

Other highlights included Mariupolis 2 winning for Best European Documentary, and No Dogs Or Italians Allowed for Best European Animated Feature Film.
