The Elements Music, a Los Angeles-based music and sound company founded by Ian Dalsemer and J. Bonilla, has partnered with industry veterans Andy Carroll and Dan Bewick to expand operations into the UK. Carroll, a former partner at Amber Music and an award-winning British composer/sound designer, will be based in London and head up UK operations as partner/creative director. He has done work for brands such as Nike, McDonald’s, Porsche, Volvo and Dyson. Bewick, a British composer/sound designer/DJ and half of the platinum-selling UK group Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, will also be based in London and take on a partner/creative director role. The newly minted partnership kicked off with worldwide Porsche campaign featuring Muhammad Ali and Maria Sharapova, and a large-scale sound/music project for the intro film that will open every show on Black Sabbath’s 2016 World Tour....

Bryan Black, creative director for BrandFire, has been promoted to partner, a capacity in which he will assist CEO Adam Padilla with running the agency, overseeing creative output, managing client relationships, bringing in business, assisting with new hires, and developing long term business strategy. BrandFire works with a variety of clients, tier 1 (Tom Brady, Run DMC, Zico Coconut Water, Budweiser) and start-ups (Little bird, Ludlow’s) in all different industry verticals.
