Runaway Bill Introduced In U.S. Senate

An anti-runaway bill—dubbed the U.S. Independent Film and Television Production Incentive Act—was introduced last week (7/31) in the U.S. Senate. The proposed measure would create a targeted federal wage tax credit for low-budget independent film productions shot in the U.S.
