Kodak's Agin To Retire September 1

Joerg D. Agin will retire as senior VP of Kodak and as president of the com-pany's Entertainment Imaging division on Sept. 1. His successor to the latter position is Eric G. Rodli, who will step up from his current post as the division's COO and VP.
