CA Assembly Passes Tax Credit Bill

An anti-runaway production initiative that would establish a wage-based tax credit in July 2004 has cleared a key hurdle in the California legislature, gaining passage by an overwhelming vote (68 to 1) in the State Assembly. The bill is next up for consideration in the State Senate.
