Bruno Aveillan (repped by Believe Media in the U.S.) directed via Quad Productions, Paris, this fantasy voyage in which a jeweled panther in a Cartier store comes to life and goes on a global odyssey from the Parisian salon of the Cartier maison in Rue de la Paix, with stops including snowy St. Petersburg, Russia, China’s Great Wall, and the Taj Mahal. (All these locales were recreated in European venues.)
The panther’s modes of transportation range from its four legs to an early 20th century airplane–he jumps on the craft while it’s in flight.
The free spirited sojourn ultimately leads to a beautiful woman who accompanies the big cat into a Cartier box, the repository of jeweled luxury.

The American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) has unveiled the nominees for its 2025 Outstanding Achievement Awards, spanning feature films, documentaries, television and music videos. Winners will be honored at the 39th Annual ASC Awards, taking place on February 23 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.
