The TEAM Companies, Inc., a payroll, business affairs and technology provider to the advertising and entertainment community, has completed its acquisition of Lightspeed EPS, Inc. The TEAM Companies has a combined revenue of $1.3 billion and nearly 200 employees in six offices throughout North America.
Lightspeed EPS, Inc. is a provider of cloud-based entertainment production management software for the feature film and television industries. As a result of this acquisition, Lightspeed EPS, Inc. has been fully integrated into The TEAM Companies.
All current and future clients of the TEAM COMPANIES will enjoy many benefits as a result of the integration of Lightspeed EPS, Inc. with TTC’s focus on leading technology, innovation and efficiencies.
