Seattle-based animation studio The Academy has signed German animation duo We Think Things for commercial representation. We Think Things’ artists/directors Pascal Monaco and Felix Meyer have turned out work for such brands as Coca-Cola, Toyota and Clariant. Monaco and Meyer fine-tuned their fascination with motion graphics while studying communication design with an emphasis in 2D animation, graduating in 2011 with the short film “Hitch,” a playful animated imagining of an Alfred Hitchcock-inspired cookbook. We Think Things’ storytelling has been screened at festivals in Berlin, Paris, and New York and was awarded at the ADC Germany Junior Awards in 2011….
