Los Angeles-based Joinery has signed director Brad Lubin who’s known for his deft comedic touch. Lubin has already wrapped his first job at Joinery, a Zagxby’s commercial titled “Tailgate” through St. John & Partners, Florida, featuring country star Brad Paisley. Earlier Lubin parodied the absurd in “Nut Allergy” for organic nut product Living Nutz. Released this week, the spot features amusing testimonials from people suffering with nut allergies, all enjoying the delicious new snack while suffering though unfortunate allergic reactions….
Whitehouse Post has promoted Chicago-based Dan Zabinski to editor. Born and raised in Chicago, Zabinski’s interest in storytelling started early when he began experimenting with stop motion films as a child. He continued his education at Columbia College in Chicago majoring in film with a concentration in editing. In 2008, Zabinski got his start in the industry as an intern at Whitehouse Post, and has been there ever since. The Many Hires Jeremiah Wassom As Group Creative Director
Independent agency The Many has added Jeremiah Wassom as group creative director.
Wassom most recently worked a decade at Deutsch LA where, as SVP/creative director, he led the Taco Bell account and won new business for the agency. His agency past also includes AKQA and TBWAChiatDay. His creative work has touched the QSR, video games, automotive, fashion, and culture brand sectors. He also served eight years with the United States Marine Corps.
