Bill Hughes, formerly VP of creative talent at SapientRazorfish, has been named creative operations director at content-powered digital agency MXM, a part of Accenture Interactive. Hughes will report to chief creative officer Roald van Wyk, and will be responsible for all aspects of operations including creative talent acquisition, retention and management at MXM.
