Red Sky Interactive, with offices throughout the U.S., including San Francisco, New York, Chicago and Houston, has acquired animation house Olive Jar Studios, Boston and Los Angeles, as well as Los Angeles-based multimedia firm White Noise Productions…Word is that director Iain Mackenzie is headed for Ritts/Hayden, Los Angeles….For the time being at least, bicoastal Reactor Films has become a two-director shop, the resident helmer being Steve Chase. The company also continues to handle stateside representation for director Tim Rolt of London-based Mustard. Executive producer Oliver Fuselier has exited Reactor to pursue other opportunities. Gabrielle Yuro is currently serving as Reactor’s executive producer. The plans of former Reactor directors Adam Massey and Marc Bennett weren’t known at press time…. Director Jason Farrand, formerly of bicoastal Straw Dogs, has joined Atlas Pictures, Santa Monica….Director Brian Baderman has come aboard bicoastal Believe Media….Five Union Square Productions, New York, has signed three directors: Amsterdam based Leen Thijsse; Nadav Kander, of London; and New York-based Timothy Greenfield-Sanders…Los Angeles-based Palomar Pictures has entered into a deal to represent Web design/flash animation shop Fullerene Productions, also in L.A., for commercials, music videos and other interactive content…….Chicago-based postproduction facility Swell Pictures has added Deborah Zwayer Caffray as executive producer……
