ARRI Rental North America has made two key executive appointments. Lisa Harp has been named VP of business development for ARRI Rental North America, and Andrea Leonard will join as director of business development for the New York branch. Based in Los Angeles, Harp brings over three decades of experience in the film and television industry and has held leadership roles at prominent cinema rental companies, including Panavision and PRG. Her expertise in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth makes her a significant asset to ARRI Rental’s global business. Leonard, based in New York, has led successful business development initiatives in high-profile positions at Monster Remotes and Panavision. Over the last five years, she maintained a dual leadership role at Monster Remotes and Flying Monster, building the cinema drone division of Monster from start-up to prominent leader in its field. As director of business development for ARRI Rental’s NY branch, her focus will be on nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, as well as identifying new opportunities and growth strategies to enhance ARRI Rental’s position in the competitive New York market. KFC UK & Ireland has promoted Kate Wall, currently strategy and innovation director, to the role of marketing director effective December 1. Wall has been with the business for almost five years kick starting her KFC UK&I journey as head of advertising & retail in 2019, Wall was later promoted to strategy and innovation director in 2021. Wall will be adding to KFC’s already strong female leadership team, working under the newly appointed chief marketing officer, Monica Pool, who returned to the brand this autumn. Wall spent eight years at Mondelฤz International before joining KFC, which involved her overseeing the Cadbury’s product innovation which put Oreo and Daim into bars, and where she played a fundamental role in the repositioning of Cadbury Dairy Milk….
