Global production house Believe Media has formed a dedicated in-house sales and marketing arm, Apostle. Carl Forsberg will head up the organization, which will operate out of the New York offices of Believe and cover strategic sales for the entire U.S. Eastern Seaboard. Forsberg will be working with a group that includes Jack Strachan, who previously operated his own successful independent firm, Say Hey. Strachan is joined by Anna Rotholz, who has had a long-standing relationship with Believe. Rounding out the lineup is Justin Lasoff, whose focus will be on sales and keeping the team organized and functioning efficiently….
Indie rep Sarah Lange is handling kaboom productions in the Southeast U.S. The kaboom directorial roster includes Brandon Dickerson, Carolyn Corben, Doug Werby, Erik Moe, Gary Shaffer, Kent Harvey, Michele Atkins, Reynir, and Ricki+Annie. Lange began her career in PR as an international media analyst for Ford Motor Company and the manager of press relations for children’s apparel company Carter’s. She then headed for New Orleans where she spent several years at local advertising agencies Bauerlein & Peter Mayer as an account supervisor, quickly stepping into a business development role. She then transitioned to sales representative and later executive producer and head of sales at Twisted Fiction. After Hurricane Katrina, Lange branched out as an independent sales rep. She has connected directors, editors and composers with clients like AT&T, VW, Nissan, Volvo, Cadillac, Subway, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Boston Market, EliLily, Procter & Gamble and Mitsubishi….
