THE SPOTS
"Done" (:30) opens on a man who is online, bidding on an item called "Crystal Leaf." His wife asks him if he’s going to the post office. He replies that he already did everything—from postage to printing a label. The man takes the box to his front door and hands it to the postman, who takes care of sending it for him. He then goes back to his bidding as his wife tells him, "I think I got the Crystal Leaf!" In the :30 "Who’s Going," a worker walks through his office asking fellow employees if anyone is going to the post office. The responses from his co-workers range from laughter to frustration to fear. The spot then directs viewers to go to USPS.com, where one can arrange to choose a mailing service and print out a shipping label. In the end, the man gets his package sent out without heading to the post office—he hands it off to a postman delivering mail on his floor.
