Full-service agency Rauxa has appointed Preeti Patel to serve as its new VP of technology. Patel will be based in Rauxa’s New York office, leading long-term strategy and innovation opportunities for clients including Vans and Frontpoint Security.
Patel is an industry veteran in the IT, digital and market research industries, with more than 20 years of experience providing technology, vision and strategic leadership to organizations in competitive marketplaces. Prior to joining Rauxa’s leadership team, Patel was sr. director of technology at digital agency Huge, where she delivered award-winning campaigns, led platform strategy and transformed product development processes for top brands including Thomson Reuters, Verizon, Morgan Stanley and ExxonMobil. Prior to Huge, Patel also held positions at The Marlin Company and 360i.
“Not only does Preeti come to us with years of relevant experience leading digital transformations for brands, but she also has a strong drive and determination to be innovative,” said Gina Alshuler, president and CEO of Rauxa.
Patel is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holds three patents for electronic media communication, creation and distribution systems.

Dune: Part Two and House of the Dragon each scored two HPA Awards during a gala ceremony at the Television Academyโs Wolf Theatre in North Hollywood, Calif. on Thursday night (11/7). The HPA Awards honor trailblazing talent in the postproduction industry, celebrating standout achievements in color grading, sound, editing, restoration, and visual effects across theatrical features, commercials, and episodics.
Dune: Part Two topped the Outstanding Color Grading--Live Action Theatrical Feature and the Outstanding Sound--Theatrical Feature categories.
House of the Dragonโs two wins were for โThe Red Dragon and the Goldโ episode which scored for Outstanding Visual Effects--Live Action Episode or Series Season, and Outstanding Editing--Episode or Non-Theatrical Feature (Over 30 Minutes). In the latter HPA Creative Category, House of the Dragon tied with the โPart Six: Far,l Far Awayโ episode of Ahsoka.
The HPAโs Judges Award for Creativity and Innovation honored Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour. This recognition celebrates the profound impact on both live and filmed entertainment that defined The Eras Tour, underscoring its exceptional impact on audiences and the industry.
