THE SPOT
Jamie Lee Curtis uses duct tape to help a couple solve a problem in "Sleepwalker." The :30 then cuts to the sleepwalking husband, who is walking through residential and city streets with a VoiceStream phone taped to his chest. Back home, his wife tries to wake him by yelling into the phone, to no avail. The man strolls through a Chinese restaurant, then past an electronics store where a videowall of televisions features Curtis extolling the virtues of VoiceStream’s FamilyTalk Plan. The spot concludes with the wife and son listening to loud music through the phone, as the teen states that he knows exactly where Dad is: at a club, being passed around a moshpit.
Spot broke Feb. 3.
