Fallon Worldwide, Minneapolis, has shifted responsibilities for David Lubars and Eric Block. Lubars–formerly co-president/executive creative director of Fallon’s Minneapolis office–takes over North American responsibilities as president/executive creative director, and will oversee the agency’s Minneapolis, Los Angeles and New York offices. Block becomes chief operating officer of Fallon Worldwide, promoted from general manager of the Minneapolis office. He succeeds Irv Fish who is currently taking time off from the agency.
Linda De Jesus has been promoted to president at The Bravo Group, New York. She had previously held the title of senior VP/managing partner.
Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulous, San Francisco, has appointed John Geoghegan president. He had been serving as general manager at J. Walter Thompson, San Francisco, until late 1999. He later took over as CEO of CareGuide.com, a Web firm focusing on child care and elder-care services.
Colby & Partners has hired Carmen Dorr as associate creative director. Prior to coming over to the Los Angeles agency, Dorr was working as senior VP/associate creative director at Bates USA West, Irvine, Calif.
