LOS ANGELES -- The Hollywood Professional Association (HPA) Awards Committee has unveiled the nominees for the Creative Categories of the 2024 HPA Awards. These awards celebrate the exceptional contributions of creative teams and individuals to entertainment content, highlighting the artistic excellence of the artists and technologists who make it possible.
Now in its 19th year, the HPA Awards have been honoring excellence in postproduction since 2006, recognizing outstanding work in color grading, editing, sound, and visual effects across episodics, documentaries, commercials, and feature films. The awards also spotlight remarkable achievements in restoration, celebrating those who bring new life to classic works.

As previously announced, FotoKem will be honored with the Charles S. Swartz Award for its lasting impact on the industry. Winners of the coveted Engineering Excellence Award were announced earlier this year, with honorees including Adobe (Enhance Speech in Premiere Pro), Disguise and Cuebric (AI-Driven 2.5D Workflow), and Evercast (Evercast for Apple Vision Pro).
The HPA Awards Gala will take place on November 7, 2024, at The Television Academy’s Wolf Theatre in Hollywood.
