Publicis London has added Nian He and Tiago Beltrame as a senior creative team.
Reporting to chief creative officer Noel Bunting, He, who is from China, and Beltrame, from Brazil, join the Publicis London fold from HeimatTBWA in Berlin, and will be working across the agency’s wide variety of global clients including Heineken, Renault, Nescafe and Essity.
Prior to HeimatTBWA, He and Beltrame spent time at Jung Von Matt, Grabarz & Partner and Havas in Germany. The pair bring a wealth of international experience to Publicis London, having worked together at creative agencies in four countries across three continents–including Tokyo, Paris and New York. They honed their craft working on campaigns for clients including Burger King, Getty Images, Coca-Cola and BMW.
In their previous roles, the duo led on campaigns for brands including Muschicraft Beer company. Their campaign “The Most Illegal Beer,” which defied laws from over 50 countries because it was made by women, confronted outdated workplace gender laws and encouraged progress towards gender equality, and was shortlisted at Cannes.
Their campaign for Getty Images, “Repicturing Homelessness,” was praised for challenging the public’s negative perceptions of homelessness and was recognized at multiple creative awards shows including the Clios, D&AD and Eurobest.
Beltrame and He were selected to represent Germany at Cannes Young Lions. Furthermore, He was a winner of The One Show’s Next Creative Leaders program which identifies, celebrates and gives a platform to female and non-binary creatives who are making their mark on the world with both game-changing work and a unique point of view on creative leadership that is changing the industry for the better. Beltrame and He are strong supporters of emerging international talent and have acted as jurors at New York Festival and helped mentor the industry’s next generation at D&AD Portfolio Review and D&AD Shift.
Said He of his new roost, “What a great opportunity to bring our creative ideas to such a diverse range of clients, and an agency with such globally resonant ideas.”
Beltrame added: “London is such a vibrant place for creativity, so joining Publicis London here feels like a perfect fit for us. We can’t wait to bring our global perspective into play to craft work that connects on a human level and drives lasting impact.”
Bunting stated, “We’re thrilled to have Nian and Tiago join us – their work is fresh, ambitious and emotionally resonant. Their impressive track record and global outlook aligns with Publicis London’s mission to make international work that moves the world.”
He and Beltrame’s appointment follows a successful year for Publicis London, which welcomed eight new international clients in 2024, including Taco Bell, Dreamland UK and Heineken 0.0%. The agency’s notable work included Cushelle’s cheeky “Selfishly Soft,” Heineken’s innovative “HeineCare” and Taco Bell’s bold “Meal Deal Tacover.”
