Oscar-winning visual effects house MPC has opened a studio in Paris under the aegis of creative director Franck Lambertz and executive producer Quentin Martin. MPC Paris provides high end VFX, motion design and remote grading to the Parisian market. The new studio has the latest in creative and visualization technology and is closely supported by the talent and infrastructure of MPC London and the company’s wider global studios. Additionally, as part of MPC’s remote grading network, clients can choose to work with any of MPC’s colorists worldwide regardless of where they are based.
Lambertz has 20 years experience in commercials and feature films. His work for “Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Defy” (with director Adam Berg, Stink Paris and Sid Lee Paris) won a Gold VFX Cannes Lion. Prior to the recent move back to his native Paris, Lambertz worked at MPC London and was instrumental in the launch of both MPC LA and Amsterdam.
Martin joins from Prodigious having worked on the Orange and AXA accounts, and has already spent several months working with MPC London.
