Publicis Groupe has named Louis-Phillipe “LP” Tremblay chief creative officer of One Publicis Team Samsung.
In this newly created role, Tremblay will shape creative vision and partner closely with key One Publicis Team Samsung leadership to drive creative excellence and performance of the Samsung mobile business globally. Under Tremblay’s leadership, One Publicis Team Samsung will continue to embrace the Power of One approach by bringing together creative talent from across the Groupe dedicated to the Samsung business.
Based in New York City, Tremblay is an advertising agency veteran with nearly 20 years of experience. He previously held positions with agencies BBDO, Wieden + Kennedy and Translation, LLC, among others. He brings deep experience in technology driving award-winning work for clients such as AT&T, Nokia, and Microsoft, as well as other leading brands such as Bose, McDonald’s, Red Bull and Nike. Tremblay has earned numerous industry awards including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, London International Awards, Webbys, Clios and Communication Arts honors.

This is the latest senior leadership appointment to One Publicis Team Samsung. In November, Publicis Groupe named Ed Tsue as chief strategy officer also focused on the global mobile business. He was previously group strategy director and managing director at Anomaly.
Publicis Groupe has worked with Samsung for over a decade, with One Publicis Team Samsung powered by the Groupe’s leading brands including Starcom, Digitas and Leo Burnett.
