THE SPOT
"Socks" opens on a sock monster rifling through a dryer to find some goodies for his collection. Suddenly a woman enters the room, throws down her laundry basket and exclaims that she knew that there was someone stealing socks. She tries to take a picture of the little man with her picture phone, but is not successful. As the sock man taunts her, the Sprint PCS spokesman arrives on the scene and hands her the Sprint PCS Vision Phone, which is much easier to use. The :30 highlights a "buy one, get one free" promotion.
