Chris Gyorgy has been named group creative director at Havas Worldwide Chicago. In partnership with Kevin Kelly, Gyorgy will be responsible for leading creative on the agency’s Citi account, including credit cards, retail and above the line work, in addition to supporting new business pitches and pro bono initiatives.
Gyorgy brings more than two decades of blue-chip branding experience to the role of group creative director. He honed his craft at a number of the top agencies, including The Richards Group in Dallas, DDB, The Martin Agency, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, Young & Rubicam, and FCB Chicago. Between full-time agency stints, he freelanced at Saatchi & Saatchi, David and Goliath, Energy BBDO, Leo Burnett, Team Detroit, RPA, ChiatDay, Boone Oakley, and mcgarrybowen.
