A decade since George Lucas said Star Wars was finished on the big screen, a new trilogy under new ownership is destined for theaters after The Walt Disney Co. announced that it was buying Lucasfilm Ltd. from him for $4.05 billion….Feature filmmaker Gary Ross, who wrote and directed the box office hit The Hunger Games, has come aboard the roster of L.A.-based production company Furlined for spot representation. Ross made his directorial debut in 1998 with Pleasantville and is known for writing and directing Seabiscuit, which received seven Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture and Best Screenplay.
