Global content creator Pulse Films has appointed veteran entertainment finance and business affairs executive Tim O’Shea to serve in the role of commercial director. He joins the senior team as the company significantly boosts its scripted output across film and television.
O’Shea comes to Pulse from Ingenious Media where he oversaw all of the film division’s commercial, business affairs and fund-raising operations. Prior to this he worked for a leading media and entertainment law firm specializing in film and TV.

Pulse Films’ current projects include Katharine O’Brien’s scripted feature Lost Transmissions, starring Simon Pegg, and Post, a fresh take on the post-apocalyptic genre directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, the filmmakers behind Pulse’s acclaimed 2012 doc Shut Up and Play the Hits. Feature documentary Kingdom of Us, is set to screen at the 2017 BFI London Film Festival and Sundance official selection documentary TROPHY, directed by Shaul Schwarz & Christina Clusiau, will open in cinemas this month.
