THE SPOT
"DMV" (:60/:30) opens at a department of motor vehicles (DMV), where an employee is finishing up with a customer. The worker proceeds to take his time, paying no attention to the waiting line of clients. The ad then cuts between scenes of the people in line and the inattentive DMV worker, as the voiceover explains that there is a place where one can be in control, as a graphic treatment explains the options available in SPDRs accounts.
