THE SPOT
"Hitchhiker" opens on a man hitching a ride on the side of a road, holding a sign reading, "Salt Lake City." As a truck approaches, the man reaches into his backpack and pulls out a bottle of Coke, holding it out as an enticement. The truck stops and the hitchhiker climbs in the vehicle, handing the Coke to the driver. After taking a swig of the beverage, the driver asks the man where he’s from. The hitcher replies, "Moscow." "You hitched all the way from Russia?" queries the driver. "I started with a twelve-pack," the passenger states with a grin. The :30 ends with the Coca-Cola logo and the tag, "The world loves a Coke."
