Interrogate, the bicoastal production house headed by managing director Jeff Miller, has signed director Pep Bosch for U.S. representation.
The Spanish born director has been working in advertising for that last 15 years, helming commercials for Volkswagen, Honda, Volvo, Danmark and Campofrio. His Hornbach spot, “Every Change Needs A Beginning,” via agency Heimat Berlin won four Clio Awards and was among the 2012 D&AD Pencil winners, the Euro Bests, as well as being a special selection in the L๏ฟฝrzer’s Archive Annual. Additionally Bosch’s “Babysitter” commercial for Audi earned Clio distinction.
Bosch began his career in film working with a group headed by lauded filmmaker Ermanno Olmi on a series of documentary films. With a background in fine art, Bosch has also written for film, penning a noir television series in his native Spain.
“Pep’s voice as a storyteller is incredibly unique,” said Interrogate’s Miller. “His recent work for Hornbach is a great example of his nuanced and witty humor and really the type of storytelling that makes him an instant hit with American agencies.”
Prior to Interrogate, Bosch was handled in the U.S. by O Positive.
