Director Bruce St. Clair is the latest addition to the Biscuit Filmworks’ directorial roster, joining the production company for both U.S. and U.K. representation.
St. Clair is a top European director, having worked with major international brands including Samsung, Coca-Cola, Chevrolet, Gillette, AT&T, Audi, VW and Opel. His most recent project was helming a worldwide launch campaign for MINI, due to hit airwaves this month. Prior to joining Biscuit, St. Clair was repped by HELLO! in the U.S. and Mad Cow Films in the U.K. St. Clair’s work has earned honors from leading international advertising competitions including Cannes Lions, Clios, and D&AD.
St. Clair was nurtured in the creative world, with an ad man father and Vogue stylist mother. He received a degree in 3D interior design, learning skills that influence his visual style to this day. He started out in commercials as a production assistant, learning on the job and working his way up through the production ranks. St. Clair speaks Italian, Spanish, English, and French, and has worked all across Europe the U.S.
Founded in 2000 by director Noam Murro and managing director Shawn Lacy, Biscuit maintains a directorial lineup that includes Murro, St. Clair, Andreas Nilsson, Aaron Ruell, Aaron Stoller, Christopher Riggert, Clay Weiner, James Gray, Jeff Low, Malcolm Murray, Mike Maguire, Philippe Andre, Steve Rogers and Tim Godsall.
