DAVID has expanded the creative roster at its Miami office with the appointments of Jason Wolske as executive creative director and Caro Rebello and Artur Lipori as group creative directors. They will all report to chief creative officer Rafa Donato. The additions come as the agency has generated significant momentum, achieving a record 40 percent growth in revenue over the past year.
Wolske has created for national and global brands including Volkswagen, Coca-Cola and Google. His work has been recognized industry wide and he's received Addys, ANDYs, Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD Pencils, Effies, LIAs and One Show Pencils, among other honors.
“I hope to be a great listener and bring a culture of pride to our craft and love for everything DAVID was founded upon," said Wolske. "My role is to inspire my teams, keep them motivated, and help them bring their ideas to life in the most effective and exceptionally creative ways possible by ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ needs.”
Wolske is returning to DAVID Miami after a two year stint as SVP, ECD at Republica Havas. He earlier spent five years at DAVID as group creative director.
“We are elated to have Jason returning as ECD for Burger King. He’s a natural problem solver, who understands there are infinite ways to connect with consumers and teammates. He is passionate about finding the most effective and creative solutions possible for clients and teams alike,” said Donato.
Most recently group CDs Rebello and Lipori were with McCann NY, and have previously worked together at JWT Brazil, TBWAChiatDay NY, and Ogilvy NY. The duo’s work has won awards at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, New York Festivals, 4As and Caples International Awards, and they have worked with iconic brands such as Mastercard, Amnesty International, Jameson Whiskey, Motorola, Ikea, Philips, Diet Coke, and HSBC.
Rebello and Lipori led The Refugee Nation project for Amnesty International, which was lauded at the Cannes Festival (Grand Prix for Good, Titanium winner). It also won Best Of Show at The One Show. The refugee flag is part of the permanent collection of MoMA, Victoria & Albert Museum, and many others around the world.
