THE SPOT
"Labels/Portraits" and "Table" address the labels that society attaches to people who are victims of such unfortunate circumstances as being homeless, jobless, disabled, physically abused or addicted to drugs. The :30s feature portraits of actual Catholic Charities clients who show up for one of the organization’s weekly suppers. As they are shown, the voiceover states: "At Catholic Charities, all we see are people who need help, regardless of race, religion or need. Help us help them."
