THE SPOT
In the :30 "Pirate Radio," the Lugz "Fly Guy," a blue-colored man, subverts the city power for his own purposes, which leads to thugs from the power company coming after him. Fly Guy, outfitted in a pair of Lugz shoes, succeeds in defeating his enemy. Finally the hero’s "gift" is revealed as people enjoy rooftop parties throughout the neighborhood, while grooving to DJ Fly Guy’s beats.
