THE SPOT
In "Utterly Speechless," a Jaguar XJ8 navigates the winding road of a rugged stretch of coastal mountains, as a soaring vocal reaches a crescendo. The sun shines off the Jaguar’s feline hood ornament, as a super dissolves in over the vehicle on its journey: "Leave the voice of reason … completely and utterly … speechless," as the auto is again shown driving down the road. The :30 ends with the voiceover, "The beautiful and practical new Jaguar XJ," and the familiar tagline, "The art of performance. Jaguar."
