THE SPOT
"Desk" (:30) takes a look at a fictional tax training session highlighting the enormous scope and complexity of tax law changes. It’s set in an auditorium-sized government training room, where hundreds of white-shirted government tax trainees are seated at standard issue desks, struggling through an imposing, thick tax code book. As the instructor drones on, close-ups reveal a variety of humorous effects that the tax codes have on the subjects. The spot ends with the lecturer stating, "Page 2 …"
