Conner Moore, formerly a senior engineer at Post Logic, Hollywood, has joined AudioBanks as senior mixer/engineer. Moores hiring comes as the Santa Monica-based audio post facility-a sister company to Santa Monica music house Ear to Ear-nears completion of a significant expansion that includes three fully digital mixing suites, each with its own recording booth. This will bring the facility up to five suites, all networked, featuring audio faxing and digital patching capabilities for creating virtual mixes. The new studios should be finished later this month.
During his tenure at Post Logic, Moore mixed a wide selection of music videos, as well as spots for such clients as FedEx, Sony, Taco Bell and Nissan. He has also worked in long-form (e.g., A&Es Treasure and Biography series, TNNs Life and Time and the History Channels Trains Unlimited).
While at Post Logic, Moore met Brian Banks, composer/co-owner of Ear to Ear. That laid the groundwork for Moores coming over to the audio post shop.
Moore complements an AudioBanks team that includes engineers Sonia Castro and Dona Richardson, studio manager Lauren Dromy and advertising and marketing manager Amy Scott.
