THE SPOTS
Three :30s feature the Subservient Chicken character, the personification of chicken "just the way you like it." In "Vest," the chicken dons a nightie at the request of a man sitting on a couch. In "Accordion," the bird comes into the living room in a nightie and is asked to put on music. The chicken puts on a rock music CD but winds up playing the accordion for his buddy. "Pencil" features the chicken in an apartment with two young ladies. While one is doing some ironing and folding some clothes, the other drops her pencil and tells the chicken to pick it up. While the chicken bends down to retrieve the writing instrument, the women get a good shot of the bird’s behind. All the ads end with the tag, "Have it your way." Each spot also features a product shot of BK’s TenderCrisp chicken, and directs viewers to SubserviantChicken.com for more fowl fun.
Spots broke in April.
