NEW YORK-Spontaneous Combustion, a New York-based digital studio, has hired 3-D modeler/animator Brian Austin.
Prior to joining the facility, Austin spent three years freelancing in New York, where he used the Spontaneous facility to do the animation for such spots as "Looking Your Best," "Mountain Spring" and "It’s That Look" for Downy and "The Power Of Three" for Remington, all via Grey Advertising, New York.
Before his freelance gig, Austin spent two years as a 3-D animator at No Bones Studios, Atlanta. Prior to No Bones, Austin freelanced for two years at various Atlanta-based companies, including Courtroom Visuals, Atlanta CAD Services and Dana Ross, where he designed and built custom high-end furniture. Before heading south, Austin spent six years in New York, designing and building furniture at Wood Enterprises.
Spontaneous Combustion specializes in the creation of visual effects for the advertising, broadcast and film industries.
