1) I think as a production company owner, we’ve had to develop strategies that integrate different deliverables for our clients to maintain appropriate budgets. Asset integration is a mandate now. I think significant trends have become fleetingly disposable and it’s curious to see what continually holds up are the nuggets of ideas and solid executions, regardless of the trending or the multiple iterations of how we reach our consumers today.
2) harvest pressed “reset” on January 1st, 2016 and we’ve spent the year getting back to finding our love for ‘making things, our love for interpreting the written word and bringing it to life, and to honor and respect the creative process. Elizabeth Banks, Sam Jones and Baker Smith have reinstated my love and passion for our business. We are in our infant stages of growth and that is invigorating. I am excited to kick off 2017 by helping to lead the Million Women March in DC on January 21, the day after the inauguration. Our community (more than ever) needs our expertise to bring important messages to the public forefront.
3) Our year was filled partnering with celebrities and professional athletes. I am most proud to have worked with Florence Henderson.
4) The next big thing is we will NO longer have to shoot for 4×3 safety and we’ll need to shoot vertical for mobile devices and their appropriate platforms (i.e. Instagram, FB…)
