THE SPOTS
"We Know Your Name" (:30) shows people walking on a city street with typographical names above their heads ("Some Kid," "Some Other Guy," "Some Lady," etc.). However, once "Some Guy" walks into TD Canada Trust, his super title changes to "Mr. Martin." The voiceover intones, "At our bank, knowing what you need begins with knowing who you are. "Big Cheese" features people going on about their daily activities, as the supers above their heads read, "Top Dog," "Head Honcho" and "Numero Uno." The scene shifts to the interior of a bank where, as the voiceover states, "We have a lot of different ways to say ‘customer.’ " As the patron with the "Big Kahuna" caption over his head is exiting, the title is picked up by a woman entering the bank.
Spots broke in October.
