Publicis Seattle has hired Corey Bartha to assume the newly created agency role of EVP, head of integrated production. Bartha will lead all of the agency’s production departments, including broadcast, digital, print, content, and any other formats work can take.
Bartha will also have a major hand in bringing a cohesion to in-house production disciplines. This hire comes at a time when the production industry landscape is constantly transforming and, in this new position, Bartha will push the agency into production innovation and evolution.
Prior to joining Publicis Seattle, Bartha was the global head of integrated production at apparel and lifestyle brand Quiksilver. He also held top production titles at Wieden+Kennedy’s Portland and Amsterdam offices and at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was an integral part of creating the first integrated production department.
For content and production on big name brands like Coca-Cola, Burger King, Nike, Chrysler/Dodge, Old Spice and ESPN, Bartha has taken home a number of awards including an Emmy Award, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD, and Pencils from The One Show.
Bartha joining Publicis Seattle marks a return to his hometown after 20 years in varied ad industry roles. Andrew Christou, Publicis Seattle’s chief creative officer, said, “We continue to push ourselves to be more integrated with our processes and make the work better, and I have no doubt Corey will be our fearless leader into a space he knows all too well to bring a stronger creative offering to our clients.”
