Production houses Anonymous Content and Iconoclast have entered into a partnership for commercials. Per the arrangement, bicoastal Anonymous will handle representation in the U.S. for Iconoclast’s roster of directors while Paris-headquartered Iconoclast will rep Anonymous’ directorial lineup in France.
Anonymous brings into the stateside fold such Iconoclast directing talent as Olivia Bee, Emily Kai Bock, Matthew Frost, Romain Gavras, Paul Geusebroek, Paul Gore, Patrick Jean, Gustav Johansson, Yoann Lemoine, Megaforce, JB Mondino, Jeremie Rozan, Edouard Salier, So Me, Gus Van Sant, We Are From LA, and Studio Recuenco.
Anonymous and Iconoclast share a common bond of diversification beyond commercials and branded content. Anonymous maintains Film, Television, Commercials Music Videos, Talent and new Media divisions. Content highlights include Winter’s Bone, Babel, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, HBO’s True Detective, Procter & Gamble’s Emmy and DGA Award-winning “Best Job,” and Jay Z’s music video “Picasso Baby.”
Iconoclast fare beyond commercials includes fashion and luxury films, music videos and interactive content. Its work over the years has scored honors from the BTAA, D&AD, Creative Circle and the MVAs.
The Many Hires Jeremiah Wassom As Group Creative Director
Independent agency The Many has added Jeremiah Wassom as group creative director.
Wassom most recently worked a decade at Deutsch LA where, as SVP/creative director, he led the Taco Bell account and won new business for the agency. His agency past also includes AKQA and TBWAChiatDay. His creative work has touched the QSR, video games, automotive, fashion, and culture brand sectors. He also served eight years with the United States Marine Corps.
