Digital Nirvana has hired industry veteran Arco Groenenberg as director of sales and marketing for broadcast products. Groenenberg is tasked with growing Digital Nirvana’s broadcast products business, which includes solutions for live stream monitoring, broadcast monitoring and content repurposing. Groenenberg was the executive VP and general manager of the systems integration firm, Advanced Broadcast Solutions. Previously he was VP of sales and services for Broadcast Pix, where he built a worldwide sales team. He previously held several positions with Pinnacle Systems/Avid Technology where he served as director of sales Americas, general manager of the business division, and broadcast sales and key accounts manager…PlayBox Technology UK Limited has expanded its sales management team with the appointment of Phillip Neighbour and Maurice de Jonghe. Based at the company’s premises in Hatfield, they will work alongside Alan Bunting who joined PlayBox Technology in July 2013 from Ross Video where he was regional sales manager for Western Europe. Neighbour joined Thomson in 2002 from Philips Electronics, as part of the acquisition and merger of Grass Valley Group, Philips Digital Video Systems and Thomson Broadcast. AD&Co. Launches Studio A; Davida Hall To Head New Venture As Sr. Director of Creative Content
Female-founded and led creative marketing agency AD&Co. has opened Studio A. The new venture will serve as AD&Co.’s in-house social brand content division, focused on developing and producing digital programming for advertising, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns designed to reach today’s audiences on the most popular and pivotal platforms. Davida Hall has been named to head Studio A as sr. director of creative content. She shifts over from AD&Co. where she held the same title since December 2023. Hall’s affiliations prior to AD&Co. include PopSugar and Studio71.
